WHAT’S THE SHELF LIFE OF THE BUTTERS?

Iyabulous Butter Products are made with 100% natural preservative free ingredients. Our products are carefully sourced and we don’t use water in our formulations. Therefore, optimal quality is best achieved if used within 6 months of receipt.

DO YOU USE PRESERVATIVES ?

Iyabulous Butters are free of preservatives as we want to keep our products natural based and chemical free. Due to the preservative-free nature of our whipped butters, they maybe subject to melting. For this, we recommend that all our products are stored in a cool dark place, away from direct sunlight and elevated temperatures.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY BUTTER HAS MELTED?

Iyabulous Butters are sensitive to warm temperatures. Although its impact on quality and performance of the product is minimal, rest assured that if your product does melt and loses its whipped form, you can still benefit from its moisturizing goodness. If you experience melting please place the product in a cool setting to solidify.

WILL YOUR PRODUCTS HELP WITH MY SKIN CONDITIONS?

Our natural ingredient products help with keeping skin moisturized and soft. We don’t make any claims on our products but can only voice personal experience through results after use.

We are committed to formulating new products and scents. That is why we will randomly add free samples to your orders to give you a sneak peak of what’s being whipped up in our formulating lab. We will ask for feed back through surveys. We thank you in advance.

WHERE DO WE SHIP?

We currently ship with in Canada and USA.
Shipping costs vary to the USA.
We do not ship internationally currently.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All orders are couriered within 1-3 days after receiving your order.
Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping tracking number to track your package. Orders shipping times vary but usually fall between the shipping window of 3-5 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days to the USA.
Shipping times maybe delayed with holidays and postal disruptions.
