Shipping policy

 All orders are couriered within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Once your order is ready to ship you will receive a shipping tracking number to track your package. Order shipping times vary but usually fall between the shipping window of 3-5 business days within Canada and 7-10 business days to the USA.

Unfortunately will be not responsible for missing packages if your information has been incorrectly provided or for packages damaged in transport (including those affected by temperature).

If you are local and can pick your order, please select “Local Pick Up” on check out for free shipping.
You will be contacted you once your order is ready to arrange a pick up time.

Return Policy

 We work hard to formulate and create natural products that are effective, enjoyable and safe to use for the entire family. Due to health and safety reasons, once the products leaves our shop we are unable to offer returns back to our shop.

We also understand that there are individuals that have allergies to certain ingredients, please check the ingredients listed on product labels before placing order.

All Custom orders are extra costs and are final sales.
